- She is also considered as sister of Lord Vishnu and river Ganga. From her marriage with Lord Shiva, she got two sons Lord Ganesha & Lord Kartikeya.
- Her Vahana or vehicle is Dawon or tiger.
Lord Ganesha:
- As per the Vedic and epic literature, Lord Ganesha is son of Lord Shiva and Mata Parvati.
- He is considered as the God of wisdom, success, intellect & new beginings. In various parts of south-east asia,
- Lord Ganesha is also known with different titles such as Ganapati, Vinayaka, Lambodar etc. He is also known as the destroyer of obstacles and thats why we worship Lord Ganesha at the time of starting of any kind of new adventure.

Bull Nandi:
This is also main character of Lord Shiva family. Bull Nandi was the vahana or vehicle of Lord Shiva. He stays at mount Kailash with Lord Shiva and Mata Parvati. In all the temples of Lord Shiva, Nandi bull is also worshipped. As per the puranas, he got married with Suyasha.
